Portal and eBooking are now CHR Connect

Please note that Patient Portal and eBooking platforms are now combined under the CHR Connect App by Telus Health. The new app provides a more seamless experience when managing: appointments (including Same Day Clinic), messaging, profile information and billing.

Existing and new users will now be redirected to create a Telus Health account, once your account has been created you can add Shale Clinic and begin managing your profile.
